Cancellation Policy

At Chiro Sandton, we strive to provide exceptional care to all our patients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Appointment Cancellation:

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made with less than 2 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment  price (New Patients R800.00 and Follow Ups R650.00, except in cases of emergency).

1. Missed Appointments (No-Show):

• If you miss an appointment without providing any notice, a no-show fee of 50% of the consultation price (New Patients R800.00 and Follow Ups R650.00 will be charged).
• Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of pre-payment for future appointments.

1. Late Arrivals:

• If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next patient.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee may apply.

1. Emergency Situations:

• We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment due to an emergency.
• We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion in these cases.

1. How to Cancel:

• You can also use our online booking system to manage your appointments if available.

 Policy Changes:

•  Chiro Sandton reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to patients and will be effective immediately upon posting.
• Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. By adhering to this policy, we can ensure that all patients receive the timely care they need.
